The Perfect Beginning

I cant say enough about Carolyn! She is absolutely the best of the best. She is very kind, flexible, and does amazing work. She has been my go to person for alterations since my wedding in 2023 and that wont change anytime soon. If you need alterations done, want it done right, and want to be valued as a customer give her a call. You wont be disappointed!

I called Carolyn to schedule an appt to get my mom's vow renewal dress altered. I explained that the ceremony is less than a month away, and we needed her dress fixed. She let me know to come
In asap so she can help. We showed up to our appointment and my mom tried on the dress. As soon as she came out Carolyn immediately showed us that the dress was too big on my mom. She said she could definitely alter it but she really recommends she sizes down. We immediately started to semi panic and I was telling my mom I can return the dress and get her a different size. Carolyn told us she would be right back. A few minutes passed by and she came out with several dresses. She told my mom to try whichever one she wanted. My mom tried one on that fit her like a glove, Carolyn said please take it just in case you cannot find a dress. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for Carolyn. Not only is she an amazing seamstress, she's also honest and really stands behind her business. I cannot recommend her enough!

Carolyn is warm, kind, and helpful. She is validating and goes above and beyond with her service. She is professional and excellent at her job. She has extensive experience and knowledge and is quick to fit you in. Not only did she help with the dress, but with humor and compassion, she gave her recommendations on other aspects that we were still deciding on (makeup, shoes, jewelry, veil). The dress was STUNNING and literally fit perfectly based on her alterations. I would highly recommend her.
